i. In- house Company Workshop
The 5-6-7 Negotiation Planning Workshop will be aligned to the specific negotiating environment of your business. In preparing an in-house training programme for your company, we work with key stakeholders to identify the business needs which need to be considered when planning a negotiation and then develop the structured '5-6-7' implementation process (including the case study) to reflect these. Whether it's sellers, buyers or any other designated group who you identify for negotiation development, you can be confident that we will set clear objectives for the day and that these will be met.

ii. Corporate Off-site Event
The 5-6-7 Negotiation Planning Workshop is ideal for your corporate off-site or team building event as the whole day is built around a case study with teams negotiating with each other to achieve a deal. The blend of new learning and practical application with learning input interspersed with team planning sessions, negotiations on camera and the introduction of new challenges throughout, enables participants to develop their negotiation skills together using shared concepts and strategies which can then be taken back to the workplace. They also have a lot of fun!

Open Workshop A & B
We regularly offer the 5-6-7 Negotiation Planning Workshop as an open training course for small groups of individually sponsored or self sponsored negotiators who wish to enhance their performance.
  • Open Workshop A is conducted on weekdays and Saturdays from 9.00am to 5.30pm.
  • Open Workshop B is conducted on weekdays with one 2 hour session per week for 4 weeks from 7.00pm to 9.00pm

Private Coaching
1-on-1 tutorials are available for the negotiator who requires an intensive development experience and individual coaching. All of the features and topics covered by the 5-6-7 Negotiation Planning Workshop are introduced and practiced during case work segments in each of 4 x 2 hour lessons.
