Malcolm Andrews
Malcolm has over 10 years experience in the development of negotiation skills performance in a range of business and cultural environments on both sides of the buyer/seller interface. His skills development experience began with his involvement in the Asia Region programmes of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply and continued with NRI where he has worked with teams in most business sectors including Financial Services, Insurance, FMCG, Retail, Utility, Transportation, Pharmaceuticals and Chemicals. In addition to facilitating training workshops, Malcolm works with clients to identify their specific development requirements, designing case studies and developing content to ensure that these are met. Sammy Chow Sammy Chow is our lead facilitator for Cantonese and Putonghua programmes. An Associate of NRI Asia Pacific, Sammy has extensive experience of both sides of the buyer/seller interface in China. He currently undertakes sourcing projects for multinational clients in the hospitality sector on behalf of whom he acts with clients and suppliers. His expertise lies in the implementation of change programmes, negotiation project consulting and commercial skills best practice development and performance measurement. |
